Cumbria Holiday Cottage Services changeover service provides clean laundry, a clean cottage and a fresh and pleasant atmosphere for you, or your guests’ stay.

Our aim is to deliver the very best level of service to our cottage owners and their guests alike. Within this industry, little things make a big difference. We don’t like wonky pictures, we don’t like broken lightbulbs, we don’t like crumbs under sofa cushions…

This isn’t a  ‘one size fits all’ service – we will tailor the changeover for each cottage. However, typically we will;

• Remove all dirty linens, towels and waste
• Check the cottage for damage, missing or broken items, replacing them wherever possible
• Air all rooms in the cottage
• Provide fresh linen and towels, making up the beds as required
• Wipe down/dust surfaces
• Sweep/mop and vacuum floors
• Sanitise kitchen & bathroom including the fridge, oven, and cupboards
• Sweep outdoor terraces/patio and/or decking areas
• Clean windows and blinds
• Place welcome packs and consumables for guests’ use

We are on call 24/7 for any unforeseen eventualities that may occur at your property during a guests stay and can be first point of contact.
